Easy to order & website shows clear pictures of product & description

Quadratec was great to do business with. Website very easy to navigate. Perfect fit on rear cargo mat for my Jeep. Shipping was by Pony Express but can't lay any blame on Quadratec. Two weeks to receive.

Received email asking if I had received my order. I replied and never got a response. Shipment arrived three days later.

I had to reset my password multiple times to check out. And there is no way to confirm/update my email address.

What a surprise to find these padded wrangler door bags! Never seen them before or anywhere else. They are exactly what I need so placed an order and received very quickly even way out here across the Pacific ocean. Thanks Quadratec!

So so neither good nor bad

2nd time trying to place this order. Took awhile to find the OEM parts on the site but, when I hit "Proceed" to place the order, it failed telling me the system was down for maintenance and zero'd out my cart so I was unable to place items under my wishlist till ordering. Then I received an email the next day saying the items were still in my cart but, logging back in showed my cart to still be zero. Frankly, a little frustrating.2nd time trying to place this order. Your website does not allow you to check out as guest on mobile and website. I had to log into paypal to order this.

Excellent on-line buying experience! Except live Chat was non-existent and it's more than likely a labor issue like the rest of the US right now. Frustrating... but understandable.

You guys had the product that I was looking for. Vendor on Amazon cancelled my order due to "out of stock" then I saw the same product for $25 higher

I've had some issues with ordering here because they don't make their shipping methods i. E.(USPS, Fed Ex, UPS) known until after you have placed your order. I don't have a mailbox at home just a po box and it can be quite a bother to find out they have sent it via the wrong method to the wrong address like USPS to my physical address where there isn't a mailbox. Gets sent back and blah blah blah hassle.

AVOID!!! Quadratec like the plague horrendous experience from start to finish, That left me out of pocket more than the cost of the parts ordered.
